This website presents the Đô Thị self-service laundromat franchise and collects enquiries from prospective investors. It is not an online shop and processes no payments.

2. Information is indicative

Details of packages, floor areas, machine configurations, timelines and similar are provided for guidance as at the date of publication.

We may change any of it without notice. The binding terms of any particular project are set only in a signed written franchise agreement.

3. Not an offer, and no guarantee of returns

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, an invitation to invest, or financial advice.

Any figures for cost, payback period or trading performance are indicative estimates drawn from the existing network. Actual results depend on location, rent, operating capability and other factors. Đô Thị gives no promise or guarantee of any level of return.

4. Information you provide

When you submit the enquiry form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Do not submit another person's personal data without their permission.

5. Intellectual property

All trade marks, logos, images, designs, text and source code on this site belong to Đô Thị or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

The site links to Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. Those platforms operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of data.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorised access to the site's admin system or data.
• Submitting false information, spam or malicious code through the forms.
• Automated scraping without permission.
• Using the Đô Thị brand in a way that misrepresents a business relationship.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Đô Thị is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including technical interruptions outside our control.

Nothing here excludes liability that Vietnamese law does not permit to be excluded.

We may update these terms. Updates take effect when published, with the revision date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; failing that, they will be resolved by a competent court in Vietnam.
